2. Made-to-Measure Services

All made-to-measure garments are crafted specifically to your measurements and preferences. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:

• Made-to-measure items are unique and cannot be resold
• Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed
• You are responsible for providing accurate measurements unless taken by us directly

We reserve the right to refuse orders that cannot be fulfilled due to design limitations or material availability.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• Payment must be made in full before production begins
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected

We accept major payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the garment type, complexity, and your location.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout
• Delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address

5. Returns & Alterations

Our full Return & Refund Policy applies. Key points:

• Made-to-measure garments are non-returnable
• Alterations may be offered if the garment does not match the measurements provided
• Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 4–6 days if unused and in original condition

6. Cancellations

Because custom garments begin production quickly:

• Made-to-measure orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• Ready-to-wear orders may be cancelled before dispatch

After these periods, cancellations cannot be accepted.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, fabric details, and imagery. However:

• Colours may vary due to screen settings
• Fabric availability may change
• Minor variations in stitching or finish may occur due to hand craftsmanship
